The Hotel Indigo caught my attention right away with its quirky atmosphere and superb location. Right across from Waverley Station, everything is a short stroll away. The restaurant offers a fantastic menu. I had the filet steak, and it was outstanding! Breakfast exceeded expectations with made-to-order eggs benedict. The room felt cozy with nice decor. I appreciated how clean everything was. my room's window didn’t close completely, and that let in too much street noise at night. Another minor inconvenience was the check-in process. it could be smoother. Staff were friendly and offered helpful recommendations, but the reception could improve its efficiency during busy times.

this hotel is amazin! the location is perfect, right on princes street, which made it so easy to explore the city. the staff were super friendly, especially ian, the doorman who gave great recommendations. my room was clean and the decor was really cute. loved the cozy atmosphere!
the noise from the street can be a bit much at times. also, i found some stains on the throw pillows which was kinda gross.

The location is unbeatable, with easy access to transport and attractions. The mini bar's complimentary snacks were a thoughtful touch, enhancing the cozy room experience. the unexpected need to carry luggage up a spiral staircase due to the lift limitations was frustrating. the restaurant ran out of menu items during breakfast, indicating some lack of planning. The stay improved considerably once we moved to a more spacious room.
